Ingredients of Grilled Eggplant
- 4 sliced eggplant/ brinjal
- 2 teaspoon virgin olive oil
- sea salt as required
How to make Grilled Eggplant
Step 1To start with, wash the eggplants in running water and cut round slices in a large bowl. Next, put a grill pan on medium flame. and heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan and quickly spread the round eggplant slices on the grill pan.
Step 2Cook them from both the sides until golden brown in colour for about 10-15 minutes. Transfer the slices to a serving plate when done and drizzle olive oil on them along with sea salt evenly. (Optional: You can sprinkle Italian seasoning for enhancing the taste of this dish.)
Step 3Serve immediately or else the slices will turn soggy.
